We couldn't resist to also ferment our own kimchi. It's made with sea weed and our own fresh chili peppers mix, to top it off our kimchi is vegan and raw!
We love to pair it with a glass of Lapsang Souchong kombucha, make onigiri with it or on a tosti with our hokkaido brioche!
When open transfer your kimchi in a container and preserve it on the fridge.
