Brioche Hokkaïdo

Brioche Hokkaîdo is a japanese style brioche. Ideal for breakfast or tea time with jam it also makes a great tosti combine to our kimchi or in any kind of "roll" sandwich style. We fancy let our dough rest over 2 weeks before to bake it and combine it withe some sakekasu.
