Have you ever tryed a pastry that taste like sake? Based on hemp seeds we are adding a left over fermented rice paste from the sake production to give dept and aromas to our financier! We can higly recommend you to pair it with our Green Jasmine kombucha or our Darjeeling when available again!
Our sakekasu is coming from Hachinohe Shuzo Brewery in Aomori Préfecture.
Ingredients: beurre noisette, wheat flour, cassonnade, fleur de sel, egg white, sakekasu, hemp seeds, lemon zest, lemon & ginger confit.
