Moelleux rhubarb & pistachio (gluten-free)

Soft and fruity, based on almond powder, and glazed with the juice of the rhubarb. This is our new cake that will change fruits according to the season and product availability. We start off with the rhubarb and are working on a gluten-free version!

Ingredients: almond powder, buckwheat flour, beetroot sugar, butter, eggs, fleur de sel de Camargue, pistachio, rhubarb.
